I finally got around to adding three new members, and updated my own profile. I'm working on
a few new pages, so that's something to look out for in the near future. I also fixed the
Downloads Section, even though there's still nothing there to download. I added two new
sections: the Dates & Directions Section, which tells inquiring minds when and where we meet,
and how to get there (the latter part won't be up for at least a few more days though);and
the Writing Exercises Section, which features all the assignments I could find from a
creative writing class I once took. Finally, the site has a little meat on its bones! Also
updated the Contests Section, although it's certainly not complete; and added a bit of the
Club's history to the Mission Statement Section. Improved the introduction on the main page.
Added discussion board. Link only available from main page for now.

I decided to touch up the main page some. I made it more coherent and less jumbled or
divided, and threw in a quote from Jim Henson that has inspired me personally. Anyways, I
think this morning's edit has significantly improved the quality of the site. I also threw
in meeting dates and times on the Contact page since people might think to look for them
there. I want to tackle the member profile section next, but I need members first ;)

Okay, I added a picture to the home page. Forgive the pun, but I think it really gives a
face to the UWC. I've also increased the size of the font, as it was brought to my
attention that it caused a bit of unneccessary (sp?) and surely uncomfortable eye strain.
Pages are now available for all officers, although only Paul Nandzik's (mine) and Dennis
Webster's have anything to look at so far. Minor tweaks here and there.

All right, I'm making some headway on the site now. Although many of the initial pages are
viewable, they're nowhere near complete. I need to get together with the Historian at least,
not to mention there are technically no active members until September.

It finally happened, folks. I finally got the website up. Well, actually I got it
purchased. It won't be up for at least another day. Anyhow, you'll have to pardon our
dust, so to speak.
